Time Change

I was fortunate enough to be on a retreat this weekend, so was not around for the early wake up call that Daylight Savings brings for toddlers. And after a couple days, we are back on track again. This is MUCH better than the spring, when the time shift threw Mia's whole schedule off for weeks.

We had our official 18-month check up yesterday, though she'll be 19 months next week. 22lbs, 20z (16th %), 31 inches (24th%), head circumfrence of 18.5in (60th%). The nurse is always surprised at how large her head is compared to the rest of her. I'm relieved she's growing into it... she used to be in the 5th percentile for height and weight and 90th for head circumfrence. If she was any smaller, I could have stuck a hula skirt on her and mounted her on my dashboard.

I kid.

But isn't that a great image?

Otherwise, all is well. She had one vaccine yesterday, we have to go back for one more tomorrow, then a final booster at 2 years. Then nothing until just before she enters kindergarten. Woohoo for that!

I need to take more pictures. Will do that soon.

What are YOU up to?

It has been a busy week thus far at the Lee household. Our church is hosting our fall revival this week, so we have been at church until 8:30 or 9:00 each night. We had plans to go to Atlanta this weekend, but decided to stay home and enjoy a slower pace before the holiday season descends upon us.
