Today, Ash Wednesday, Christians mark the beginning of Lent, a season of preparation for Easter. Since Mia's due date falls on Good Friday, I feel like I am preparing for two things at once.
Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the preparation for Easter, and the beginning of the end of the long season of preparation to meet my daughter.
