I declared today an inside day. We spent the morning in the playroom, watched a little Sesame Street, and did general tidying. I washed the rugs in the bathrooms, and mopped the floors when Mia went down for a nap.

Okay, how 'bout some around the house pictures instead?
I'm not really into Halloween. Mia will still have a costume this year, and we'll still be passing out treats to the neighborhood kids, but I don't really do the whole spiders, skeletons, and tombstone thing. I feel like the oranges and golds that I have in the house now will stretch through till after Thanksgiving when I can let the holiday-ness explode.
Between lunch and naptime this afternoon I was cleaning up the kitchen and looked up to find this:
That makes my heart happy.
