Little Mia, you are 11 months old today!
Here is what's been going on:
- You weigh about 19 pounds
- You are wearing size 3 diapers
- You are wearing 9 month clothes
- Two more teeth came in this month, both at the same time. You now have two on the top and two on the bottom. When I was brushing those teeth tonight, I thought I saw another one poking through on the bottom. We'll have to wait a few days to know for sure.
- You are still napping consistently twice a day, for about 90 minutes each time.
- Our day starts around 7:30 and ends around 8:00pm. You take your last bottle all by yourself, babble for a few minutes, and then fall asleep.
- We're almost exclusively feeding you table foods. Just today I got you to successfully drink your formula from a sippy cup for the first time, but also discovered that said sippy cup leaks horribly. We'll need to find you another one.
- I have started taming your wild hair by putting it in pigtails or a ponytail. Yay!
- Biggest accomplishment of this past month? You are WALKING! And not just one or two steps. Oh no. You walk from one end of the room to the other. When we have playdates with the bigger (toddler) kids, you want so badly to run and play with them. It won't be long! You are still a little wobbly on your feet, but you're getting steadier and faster every day!
It's hard to believe we are planning your first birthday party. You have changed so much, and yet the time has gone so fast. You're turning into a "big" girl right before our eyes.

Can't wait to see pics of Mia's 1st bday party! Springtime is just a lovely time for parties :)
