Kevin and Maria Burel announce the birth of their daughter, Maria Theresa Burel, "Mia". Born Thursday, April 16, 2009; 11:54 PM Eastern Time, weighing 7 lbs 10 oz, 20 1/4 inches long, at DeWitt Community Army Hospital, Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
